Holy Land, Waterbury CT

theme park based on the bible is a good investment, right? Apparently not, as one sits abandoned on top of a hill in Waterbury, CT. A giant cross looks over the highway, while a mini Bethlehem sits on the hill beneath it. The property is now owned by nuns, who didn't seem to mind the tourists making the pilgrimage to their version of the Holy Land.
